What events do we cater for?
We cater every occasion!
We catered Weddings, Art Festivals, Fundraisers, Film Festivals, Birthdays, Parties,
Graduations, Tastings, Meetings, Wineries, Cocktail parties, Company events,
or any Special Event!
What are the minimums? (Based on a 2-3 hours event)
Depending on the date / time / head count of your event,
our minimum range between $600 - $1450
Deposit Policy
In order to secure an event a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total bill
will be required.
Final Payment
Final Payment must be made the day of the event (before service begins). Accepted form
of payments - Cash, Credit Card or Check.
Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellations due to weather and the deposit is non-refundable.
We will provide service rain or shine. Cancellations made less than 7 days
will require between 50% – 100% of Estimated Total Bill (upon our discretion)
Miscellaneous Charges
A service charge of 15% will be added to all invoices and is NOT a gratuity.
Gratuity may be added or given to our staff at the time of the event, at your own discretion.
On the day of the event
Unless agreed otherwise, we will provide at least 2 hours of service.
The client is responsible for making sure a reasonably safe, secure, legal,
leveled and spacious area will be made available and accessible for the Mobile
Truck and/or the Onsite Oyster Station.
All permit requirements for outdoor service (ie. parks, beaches, public areas)
are the client responsibility.
Measurements & Parking + Site Requirements
The food truck measures 22 feet long from front to back, 5 feet 4 inches wide and
9 feet 6 inches high.
Clients must verify in advance that truck can park at the site.
If, for any reason whatsoever, we are not able to park at the event, we will retain
all monies for the event.
Please note that our trucks cannot drive up hills with a 25% grade or higher.
The On site Oyster Station measures 5 feet long, 4 feet wide and 4.5 feet height.
The on site station requires at least 5 feet x 5 feet floor space, level ground, shaded
tent or shaded area if event is outdoors, and proper lighting.
Arrival & Departure time
Unless otherwise requested, we arrive 30 - 60 minutes before the start of your event.
At the conclusion of the event, it takes approximately 30 - 45 minutes for us to prepare
our truck and/or our onsite oyster station for departure.
Dress
Staff/ Shucking Professional style of dress, available for your event, range from:
-Casual T-shirt + apron
-Button down shirt + apron
-Formal chef’s jacket

Private Tastings
In order to assist potential catering customers visualize our services in action, We offer
private tastings at our Mobile kitchen / Truck at the -south Pasadena market- on Thursdays .
There is no fee for this service, which is by appointment only basis. Please ask for details.
